PICC Line Cover

My dad has recently had a PICC line put in his right arm, so that nurses can give him daily IV antibiotics and test his blood daily for infection as his body fights off Osteonueropathynecrosis. I decided to make a PICC line cover, to keep the PICC line covered throughout the day, but wanted to give him something a little prettier than tubbie grip and a bunch of tape!
